I noticed that the demoted forced-to-retire general who ignored sex crimes is black. Is this a scapegoat thing? Like, he's not the only misogynist scumbag in the army. I'm sure he deserves worse punishment than he got, but every officer who refused to adequately punish rapists under his command needs to be kicked out. Not just one of the black ones!
