typing, and the writer, in seclusion

after the crash
nose cone wreathed
in the shattered cabin
the timid woodland folk
picked thru the poet's
residue/retreat/remains

thrushes took vowels
to line their nests
foxes verbs & suffixes
the badger nothing
she had what she needed
