Penultimate dreams and Nightmares 131 update

as of today every contributor copy except one, which needs an address correction, and all subscriber copies, have been mailed. this issue, as well as the two preceding ones, contains poems eligible for the Rhysling or dwarf stars awards. I am now reading for the January issue.
