Southeastern Evolutionary Perspectives Society meets in Tuscaloosa

http://seepsociety.weebly.com/call-for-proposals.html

SEEPS Is a new group that unites widely differing disciplines through their relationship to evolution. Sciences. Like biology, chemistry, astronomy, psychology, anthropology, and geology are obviously deeply involved in the theory and process of evolution. But literature, art, and a host of other avenues of human endeavor have evolutionary implications for influences. The first conference, held last year at the University of Alabama, was extremely successful and diverse. I think this year more people will participate and the contributions should be even more varied and exciting than they were last year.

A wide variety of presentation formats are possible, ranging from traditional lectures and posters, to dance, and almost anything else you can think of.

Of course the conference is held the week of Darwin's birthday.
