Gender parity in SF/fantasy poetry

My colophon includes the sentence “Open to authors of diverse backgrounds.”. I hope that both people who noticed this understand that I mean it. But. I don't know the ethnic identity or sexual orientation of most of the poets whose work I publish, but I do have a pretty fair idea of how many are women, and the proportion is too low. For the last 7 issues it averages 37%. I want that number to be near 50, on one side or the other. Please help by sending your poetry my way. I'll do my best to treat it fairly.
