the disbelieved dead
fly from their graves tomorrow
invisible and silent
they cannot speak
even to one another
many no longer bother to rise
it's not like the old days
before the Catholics
took over the day
and made it all about them
now, it's not even that
it's all about candy
and what's the fun in that  for a ghost?
