I regret to inform you all that I have had to cancel my paypal acct, because of repeated instances of fraud. The company has dealt adequately with only about half of these, and is completely unable to prevent their recurrance. So, effective immediately, I can only send or receive money by check in U.S. dollars. I will try to find a better digital platform, but will never go back.
