It greatly displeases me when an editor jumps all over a submittor. It doesn't matter what the reason is; this is never justified. I won't be submittig to that person again. And I don't believe I've ever done that to anyone. Dreams and Nightmares 119 is mostly laid out, with all kinds of exciting poetry inside. I should be able to finish that this weekend. And respond to most submissions for the subsequent issue.
