okay, so the wound center said I need to spend more time flat on my back in bed. excruciating torture for someone who likes to be up and doing things every possible minute. so here I am, multitasking, doing exercises, social media scrolling, and making blog posts while avoiding the stare of the ceiling. and of course listening to loud rock music! might even write some poetry. but that white smooth ceiling has a mean look to it.
