Yeah, it rained yesterday, but it was not enough to drown a bug, or nourish a sprout. South Louisiana usually gets 60 in/yr. It hasn't rained for over a month. We're in a moderate drought, but if you look here https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/ you'll see that most of the nation is suffering. Oklahoma, Kansas, and California are far worse off than Louisiana. We are living in the Climate-Change Times, as foretold by earth and climate scientists since the last millennium. It only gets worse, much worse, so we'll have to learn to deal with it.
