I have four poems in the latest issue of Scifaikuest. One of them was chosen by the editor as the best poem in the issue.

Jamie Lee Moyer, a fantasy writer who I have known for a long time, died recently, apparently of natural causes. It happened about a week ago, but I just found out. Her last book either just came out or is about to come out. She used to be an active member of my poetry writing group, until she became a full-time novelist. I didn't want to give this sad occasion a blog post all by itself, even though it is certainly more important than a recent publication.
