I have mentioned the Rhysling here many times, but for anyone new to this blog, it's an annual award for the best speculative poetry (SF, fantasy, or horror) published in the previous year. It is voted on by members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Poetry Association. The finalists are published in an anthology, sent to all members, so everyone has the opportunity to read every poem that is in the running for the prize.
