I took the new covid vaccine shot on Friday. My shoulder ached a little, but not as much as last time. However, I woke up some time in the middle of the night. I was cold and couldn't get back to sleep all night long. This is unlike me, not being able to sleep I mean, I get cold a lot. Well, this past night I guess I made up for it, sleeping much later than usual, and I started to wonder if the sleeplessness could have been an effect of the shot. Also, I read yesterday that having covid is correlated with dementia. That really sucks, because I've had covid twice, although, so far at least, no dementia. Fingers crossed!
