The continuing saga of prostate cancer. So, my urologist made me an appointment to have an ultrasound done to see if there were possibly any remnants of cancer in my pelvis. Then, she moved to a different hospital. Thinking nothing about this sequence of events I went to my appointment, and was told, oh no, we can't give you an ultrasound here because she's not at this hospital anymore. Well, f***. Plus, now that I've had radiation treatment, ending a month ago, hasn't everything changed? I think she knew when she scheduled the appointment that I was going to have radiation treatment, but aren't the radiation doctors checking on the results of what they did? So I'm confused. I guess I will have to call the urologist and discuss it with whoever answers the phone. I hate to make another trip if it's not necessary!
