Political Diatribe

I usually post poetry. Sometimes I brag about sales or reminisce about my childhood. But today I just can't stop thinking about how those 10 old fogies in the Senate sold the country down the river yesterday. They didn't have to support the continuing resolution, and most of the democrats who did are retiring anyway. I tell you what, any Democrat in one of their states who is mad as hell and willing to work hard should primary them. And start campaigning now. This is the perfect time, when folks are riled up. I don't live in a blue or swing state, but maybe you do. Do it for your country, do it for the world. Show everyone that one of the greatest democracies the world has ever seen isn't going to flush itself down the toilet like a used tampon.
