Dreams and Nightmares update

I have been in the hospital for a week, and I'm still here, waiting for surgery within the hour. So if I have been slow to respond, or you are wondering why the latest issue is late, that's why. It is low-risk surgery, but I won't be home for a few more days. Then things will be moving again.
