everything in issues 129 through 131 is eligible for either the dwarf stars award or the Rhysing award. if you are a member of the SFPA and would like to see a digital copy of any of these issues, please let me know.
I am reading now for the January issue, and it is about half full at this point. I particularly could use very short poems, but there is room for longer ones as well. recall that I pay $15 plus one print copy for each accepted poem regardless of length. The pay rate for art is the same, except cover art gets $30 plus a copy. finally, the back cover is the same piece of paper as the front cover, so both can exhibit color art.
