Nose to the grind stone: ouch!

We spent a very pleasant time over the holidays with our younger daughter and her boyfriend in New Orleans, where they live. Of course, that means I didn't get much of anything done except eating and relaxing! We found a good local pizza place called midcity pizza, and they showed us a small market where local artists sell their wares. We looked at the little town to which they are thinking of moving (Gonzales). Oh yes, it seems she has gotten a job. So now, back to work!
