snowed in

sod house with a small smoke hole
savages all around
inside, too
after being stuck
in a small round room together
for a month or two
just like that
except, outside it's spring
flowers blooming, bees humming
and on the glowing box
almost the entire world
also
no wood to chop
just to stay alive
