When medical people order things for you without even telling you they are going to, this is annoying. When they are things you don't want, for reasons you could have given them, had they asked, it is very annoying. When it is an attempt to deal with equipment they provided, which has been malfunctioning for weeks because it is exceedingly poorly designed (something their service personnel admit to), well, it goes beyond very annoying.
