One of my caregivers, prone to headaches for most of her life, has one so bad this week that she can't work. As I know she is not a malingerer, I feel like it must be a serious problem. Not only that, she is paid by the hour, and has missed two full days of work/pay already this week. It really sucks to not have sick days, or actually any other benefits. Many hourly workers work >>40 hours/week. The lack of benefits for hourly workers is wrong, and should be changed.
