Another part of my body feels like it's too small

So there is a peculiar lump on my right kidney, which might or might not be something that was hoping to devour my body. We're going to biopsy it, God knows why, because after we get the results of that we are going to freeze the sucker. It's called cryoablation, but apparently it's a rapid freeze and thaw that results in an explosion of formerly possibly dangerous cells. Nothing to see here folks, but, just in case, kapow
