This really happened, but I think she's getting over it.

Still no floor

Cos "expert" from Wheat's looked at it, but not carefully enough to notice we had to take care of 3 things (bouncy floor, baseboards, missing basal board on built-in cabinet) b4 they could do anything, WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME!!! Meanwhile, no internet or cable.

Putting in a new floor in my office.  Can't go to work or use computer at home.  But so far,  tidying up,  we found some missing books and gave away a box of books.
