My daughter lost her homeowners insurance, because the insurance company (Kemper insurance)  sent a bill to the wrong mortgage company,  and never followed up when they didn't get a response. She is filing a formal complaint with the Insurance Commissioner. You know, incompetent slackers do deserve to eat, and have roofs over their heads, but they should be employed picking up trash  and sweeping streets, not handling people's insurance. Grrr!

Still no floor

Cos "expert" from Wheat's looked at it, but not carefully enough to notice we had to take care of 3 things (bouncy floor, baseboards, missing basal board on built-in cabinet) b4 they could do anything, WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME!!! Meanwhile, no internet or cable.
