Giant spiders

of Middle Earth,

not just in Mirkwood anymore,

cos can't they travel,

and why so small,

did they shrink each generation? 

Shelob's daughters:

pony size?

Granddaughters:

wolf size?

house-spider-sized a few years on--

how many generations

does the dwindling go on

does it ever

level off

or are they now microscopic

cell size must

limit the process eventually.
